Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. This helps us verify that the item was not damaged after delivery.
Once your parcel leaves our HQ and is with the courier, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damage that occur during transit. We will, however, do our best to support you in resolving any delivery issues.
