1. What materials do you use?

We only use high-quality materials including 18k Gold Plated PVD stainless steel and 925 Sterling Silver to ensure durability, shine, and hypoallergenic comfort.

2. Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our use of 18k gold plating PVD on premium stainless steel makes our jewellery suitable for sensitive skin. 

Allergy or sensitivity:

If you have a known jewellery allergy or sensitivity, we recommend consulting a professional and choosing hypoallergenic materials. Please note that it is your responsibility to purchase items suitable for your skin. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reactions caused by pre-existing sensitivities or allergies.

3. Where do you ship to?

We ship NZ-wide and also to Australia. For now, we do not offer international shipping; however, it is in the works. 

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping is dependent on your location. Please read our Shipping Information section located under each product for more details on estimated shipping times. 

5. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchase. For more on this, please read our Other Important Info section located under each product.

6. Are your collections restocked?

Our products will be restocked once sold out; however, we do have a Limited Collection, which features exclusive pieces that are not guaranteed a restock once sold out. Read more on our Limited Collection located beneath each product. 

7. How do I care for my jewelry?

To preserve the finish, avoid water, perfumes, and lotions. Store in a dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth. Each order comes with a jewellery cleaning cloth for you to clean your pieces with. Each order also comes with a Jewellery Care card for information on how to care for your pieces.

8. I want to send some pieces as gifts. How would I do this?

Absolutely! If you are wanting to order products as a gift for a special someone, please mention this at checkout in the Order special instructions box. Please read our Gifting section located under each product for instructions on what to include.
