By placing a pre-order with Valinia Jewels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pre-orders are advance purchases of products.
Full payment is required at the time of order to secure your piece.
Quantities are limited; once they're gone, they're gone! (Unless stated otherwise).

Please note: Our Summer Collection and Mens Collection pre-orders will take approximately 3–5 weeks to arrive after your order has been placed. The Signature Drop (one-day-only) pre-orders will take approximately 3–4 weeks to arrive after your order has been placed.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays.
If delays occur, we will update you via email as soon as possible.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as stock is ordered specifically for you.
Refunds will only be offered if we are unable to fulfill your order.
Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted on pre-order items.
If something happens on our end that prevents you from receiving your order, you have a 100% money-back guarantee.

Pre-orders are shipped once they arrive at our HQ and pass quality checks.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
